Robotics
We promote the acquisition of technological knowledge and skills through computational, problem-solving, creative, critical, and analytical thinking of students.
In Primary, we begin creating models and learning programming with Scratch, Lego WeDo 2.0, and Lego Mindstorm.
With the support of the Generalitat de Catalunya
Superletters
In Superletters, we foster the development of students’ communicative competence through reading, writing, and oral expression, connecting language learning with real, creative, and meaningful situations. We work on a love of reading, text comprehension, and the ability to express ideas clearly, while enhancing critical thinking, creativity, and personal autonomy.
In Primary, students learn Catalan and Spanish through motivating projects that integrate literature, grammar, and oral communication in a dynamic and participatory way. Superletters encourages active, inclusive learning adapted to different paces, helping children communicate better and enjoy language as a tool for personal and academic growth.
Get Emotional
In the Initial Cycle, we promote and improve emotional well-being and management through music and creative pauses. We introduce music throughout the day considering student needs, creating routines: greetings, body activation, relaxation, group cohesion, farewells... We take breaks throughout the day to facilitate concentration with creative pauses including breathing exercises, rhythmic hand dances, stretching, or one-minute creativity exercises.

School Mediation
- Our goal is to manage conflicts that arise at school through dialogue and mediation.
- We work, year after year, towards a culture of peace.
- In 3rd year of ESO, students can train as school mediators at the school itself.
- The mediation team, made up of teachers and students, is responsible for accompanying students in conflict resolution through dialogue and active listening.
- January 2023: recognition of our work, with the award of the "Educating in Mediation 2023" prize.
From Classroom to Laboratory/Workshop
- In ESO, we form small groups that go to the laboratory or workshop for 1 hour each week during the course.
- In the laboratory, we do Science activities, and in the workshop, we do Technology activities.
- There are two laboratories: Biology/Geology and Chemistry/Physics, which we use to complement the syllabus covered in class. In Science, we can observe with magnifying glasses and microscopes, create cultures, heat with the Bunsen burner to provoke chemical reactions...
- In Technology, we do hands-on projects applying previous knowledge. We also use computers to learn programming video games, websites, 2D and 3D designs, and we get started with Arduino.
- We enhance student knowledge: They learn to work with laboratory equipment and tools; observe with rigor and patience; use the scientific method to draw conclusions; work individually, in pairs, and in groups; and follow safety rules.
We are a GEP school!
- Objective? To improve students' foreign language competence, fostering their academic growth and enabling them to interact with the world in various languages and critically.
- We do projects in English, in different subjects, using Project Based Learning (PBL) methodology.
- Interrelating classroom learning with everyday situations and our environment. Dynamic and engaging activities.
- Obtaining a final product.
The school has taken part in the ‘Código Escuela 4.0’ Programme (funded by the Spanish Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Sports), which has provided a grant of €23,000 to acquire robotics, programming and computational thinking equipment. This equipment is already at the school and students are using it with very satisfactory results.
